To see a list of available tools, run gedmatch-tools –help.

For example, the tool to list all kits is gedmatch-tools ls –help

Command	Description
add	Adds a new kit
ls	Lists registered kits
rm	Removes/deletes a registered kit
rm-r	Removes/deletes all registered kits
one-to-one	Performs a 1:1 autosomal analysis
one-to-one-tuples	Performs a batch of 1:1 autosomal analyses
